Pandemic special

As a special service to our customers during times of travel restrictions due to a pandemic, for example, Suyin offers to arrange on its own cost an internationally acknowledged third-party audit including approval of new supplier, project release audit and annual re-qualification audit. We offer several auditing companies to chose from – contact us before you send your audit plan to your preferred auditing company.

  • Suyin has been designing and building automated and robotic insert-molding and assembly lines for more than 20 years
  • Injection molding with real-time temperature and pressure sensors
  • Specialized automated processes, such as glue back-potting, reel-to-reel ultrasonic membrane welding, laser welding, gasket placement robot and more
  • Automated 100-percent inspection including verification of dimensions and pin position, electrical tests, P/V leak inspection
  • Traceability secured by laser labeling on the product plus MAT labels
  • Customized packaging of products and boxes
